These terms apply when you book a stay at Alberi Maestri Eco Retreat using our booking platform or by booking directly.
You will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these terms at the time of booking.
You must be at least 18 years old to book and attend a retreat.
Retreat Bookings
Rooms are shared: the prices listed are per person, per retreat, and include accommodation, meals, and scheduled activities.
Private rooms may be requested (with an additional fee), which includes the cost of the entire room.
We reserve the right to decline a booking without providing a reason.
During the retreats, alcohol and drugs are not permitted on the premises. In case of violation, the participant may be asked to leave.
We also reserve the right to end a participant’s stay at any time should valid reasons arise.
For bookings outside of retreat periods, prices are per person and do not include breakfast.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival: full refund.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total will be charged.
- Cancellations within 14 days of arrival: no refund.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., weather events, structural damage, epidemics), we may cancel a retreat. In such cases, any payments already made will be fully refunded, unless alternative options are accepted.
We are not liable for any related expenses or indirect losses.
Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
Booking Modifications
You may change your booking dates up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability.
Modifications after that deadline will be treated as a cancellation and new booking.
Discount Policy
Discounts apply only to new bookings made after the promotion has been activated.
They are not applicable retroactively or to non-refundable rooms.
Please do not cancel and rebook in order to apply new discounts.
Visiting Facilitators and Professionals
We warmly welcome guides and practitioners who wish to attend as guests.
However, to protect the space and the experience of all participants, we ask that no treatments or activities (e.g., Reiki, yoga, spiritual readings) be offered during your stay.
All facilitators leading retreat activities are authorized, insured, and selected according to their training in alignment with our core values.
Your time at Alberi Maestri is a space to receive, not to offer.
Mental Health Notice
Alberi Maestri is not a clinical or therapeutic center.
Our activities are designed to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, but they do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
We invite you to honestly assess whether a retreat is suitable for your current state of health, and to contact us with any questions or concerns.
The final responsibility lies with you: in case of clinical doubts, please consult a qualified professional.
By participating, you agree to release Alberi Maestri from any liability related to your physical or mental health.
Activities and Facilitators
We reserve the right to modify the schedule or facilitators if necessary.
Food and Dietary Needs
We will do our best to accommodate specific dietary requirements if communicated at the time of booking.
We cannot guarantee accommodation of dietary needs without prior notice.
Responsibility for Damages
We joyfully and trustfully open our home to individuals and groups seeking care, connection, and regeneration. At the same time, we ask for attention and respect toward the spaces, furnishings, and objects we have carefully chosen.
In the event of damage caused during the stay (including but not limited to: broken windows, beds, doors, furnishings, or lost keys), reimbursement will be requested equal to the actual cost of repair or replacement.
We reserve the right to retain part or all of the security deposit agreed upon at the time of booking, if necessary.
Those who rent the entire property are asked to inform all participants of the house rules, in order to preserve harmony and ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Privacy
Your data will be treated with care and used solely to:
- manage your booking
- provide you with personalized support
- inform you about events and updates related to Alberi Maestri
We will never sell your data.
